Development Officer

Salary range:Mid 30's

Description:
Develop and build relationships to raise funds that will address the health and human service needs of our community.
Develop and maintain various fundraising initiatives to include corporate, employee and individual fundraising.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years fundraising, marketing or sales experience. Must have experience building relationships with customers, planning and implementing a fundraising plan, recruiting and training volunteers andcultivating new accounts. Requires exceptional interpersonal & public speaking skills (bilingual a plus), ability to work with statistics & deadlines & familiarity with local community. Requires occasional nights and weekends to attend events.
